LVS was founded by Dr. Sarah Lemmerz in 2026. Dr. L completed her undergraduate degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey. She went on to attend Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in Grafton, Massachusetts. After graduation she practiced mixed animal medicine in Southern Connecticut. Upon moving to Vermont, she discovered a need for mixed animal medicine in the community. LVS was founded to support and serve the hardworking people of Vermont.
